Dr. Kandell received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University in Boston, MA. He received his MD from Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. Dr. Kandell completed his residency in anesthesiology at Weill Cornell Medical Center. He is a member of the obstetric anesthesia and general anesthesia services. Dr. Kandell has a special interest in acute post-operative pain management.
