By Bus
Via York Avenue, take the M31 to 69th Street. Via First Avenue, take the M15 to 67th Street. Walk one block east to York Avenue. The Starr-4 entrance is located at 520 East 70th Street. The Hospital entrance is located at 525 East 68th Street, directly east of York Avenue

By Subway
Take the 6 train to 68th Street/Lexington Ave. Station. Walk four blocks east to York Avenue. The Starr-4 entrance is located at 520 East 70th Street. The Hospital entrance is located at 525 East 68th Street, directly east of York Avenue

From the Main Entrance
From the Starr Pavilion on 70th Street, take the elevators to the 4th Floor. Turn left to the end of the corridor and enter the door on the left.
