Dr. LaRocca practices General Cardiology and Cardiovascular Medicine, as well as Adult Congenital Cardiovascular Disease in the Starr Pavilion 4 at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Cornell. Her practice includes patients with hypertension, coronary artery disease and its complications, valvular heart conditions, and those who have undergone heart surgery or interventional procedures, as well as adults who have been diagnosed with congenital heart disease as a child. She works in close affiliation with all physicians in the Division of Cardiology, including sub-specialists in Cardiac Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Catheterization, and Non-Invasive Testing. Dr. LaRocca has a special interest in non-invasive imaging with transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography both in adult cardiovascular disease as well as complex congenital heart disease. She also specializes in cardiac MRI to better delineate cardiovascular disease as well as congenital heart defects.
