Dr. Keith W. Roach is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, and received his medical degree from the University of Chicago in 1990. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency program at University of Chicago Hospital and Clinics in 1993 where he remained as an Instructor of Clinical Medicine for one year. In 1994, Dr. Roach enrolled in the Hartford Foundation Geriatrics Faculty Development Fellowship and was promoted to Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine, where he remained until 2000. He then joined the Weill Cornell Internal Medicine Associates. He has an interest in disease prevention, cost- effectiveness analysis, and geriatric health care. He has published and spoken nationally on many issues in disease prevention and general medicine. He is the recipient of multiple awards for excellence in teaching at both the medical student and resident physician levels.
