Directions to the Center
FROM NORTH (New England):
Take the Major Deegan - South (or alternate South Road) to Triboro Bridge, take the Manhattan exit to the Harlem River Drive South; this becomes the F.D.R. Drive, continue South to 71 St. Street Exit. Turn left on York Ave and proceed to 70th St. Turn left into Hospital Parking.
FROM EAST (Queens, Long Island):
Take LIE. (Long Island Expressway) West to the Greenpoint Avenue Exit.Bear Right and take Hunters Point Avenue to the end (2nd Light) make a Right on to Van Dam Street. Stay on Van Damand follow directions to the 59th Street Bridge. Stay to the right over Bridge and take the lst Avenue Exit. Go to York Avenue and make a Left onto York Avenue. Continue on York to 70th Street, make right onto 70th Street. Turn left into Hospital Parking.
Or Take the LIE (Long Island Expressway) West to the Mid-Town Tunnel. Proceed North on First Avenue to 70th Street. Turn right and go 1 block, cross York Avenue into Hospital Parking.
FROM WEST (New Jersey, Pennsylvania): Take the New Jersey Turnpike East (or alternate East Road) to the Lincoln Tunnel, Exit 16E, proceed North on 8th Avenue to 56th Street, turn Right (East) on to 56th Street and proceedcross-town to lst Avenue. Turn Left (North) on to 1st. Avenue and proceed to 70th Street; turn Right (East) on to 70th Street and proceed 1 block, cross York Avenue into Hospital Parking.
By Bus
NYC Buses: M15, uptown on 1st Ave; downtown on 2nd Ave.M66, cross-town along 67th St. & York Ave.M31, cross-town along 57th St., turning uptown on York Ave.
By Subway
Subway:#6, uptown & downtown, Lexington Ave. and 68 St.. (localservice).
