Dr. Seena Abraham is a Clinical Instructor in Pediatrics and an Attending Pediatric Cardiologist. She completed her medical degree in St. John?s Medical College, India and her residency at St. Lourdes Hospital, India, where she was also a Nursing Instructor. In 1998, Dr. Abraham completed her second residency in Pediatrics at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, Bronx, New York, where she served as Chief Resident in Pediatrics the following year.
Dr. Abraham came to NewYork-Presbyterian in 1999 as a Post Doctoral Clinical Fellow in Pediatric Cardiology. After her fellowship, she continued to hone her experience while working at a private pediatric specialty practice outside of New York City. She returned to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital as a member of the faculty and staff in 2002.
Dr. Abraham, who is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology, is certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Infection Control.
