Dr. Shore does research in stem cell/ bone marrow transplantation as well as hematological malignancies and melanoma. She is involved in multiple clinical trials including those of the CALGB National Cancer Clinical Trials organization. Dr. Shore has developed a novel nonmyeloablative regimen for stem cell transplantaion and has conducted Phase I/ II research on this protocol. The data from this study was chosen to be presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology in 2004. Dr. Shore is also a member of the New York Cancer Consortium as well as a primary investigator for various pharmaceutical sponsored clinical trials.
